Plus Your Points Terms and Conditions

“Plus your points” terms and conditions

These terms and conditions ("T&C") are in effect for the "Plus Your Points" promotion ("PYP") period of 30 October 2024 to 28 February 2025 (the "Promotional Period"). These T&Cs are in addition to and supplemented by all Terms and Conditions supporting the Enterprise Plus programme (“EPT&C”). In the event of a conflict between the T&C and EPT&C, these T&C will control and prevail. Please note that registration in the PYP signifies acceptance of the T&C and the EPT&C.

Eligibility

Users who register must be enrolled in the Enterprise Plus programme and maintain a valid email address identified in the member profile before registering for the PYP. All members who are not previously activated to earn points will be automatically activated upon registration in the PYP. New members who enrol in Enterprise Plus via the PYP will be automatically registered for the PYP and activated to earn points in Enterprise Plus. New enrollees in Enterprise Plus may experience a delay of up to seventy-two (72) hours before being able to log in to the PYP website.

Website Access

The Enterprise Plus member number and the email address maintained on the corresponding Enterprise Plus member profile will serve as the login to the PYP dashboard. All bonus points earnt during the Promotional Period will be viewable on the PYP dashboard and on www.enterprise.co.uk. After 28 February 2025, bonus points earned through the PYP will only be viewable within your account activity page by logging in on www.enterprise.co.uk. Only bonus points earnt through the PYP will be displayed on the PYP dashboard. Registered participants are encouraged to check their PYP dashboards often throughout the Promotional Period to see if they qualify for new badges and earning opportunities.

Point Accrual

Earning opportunities that involve hire activity are based on Enterprise Plus Qualifying Hires (as defined below and in the EPT&C) picked up on or after the date of PYP registration or 30 October 2024, whichever is later, and returned on or prior to the promotion end date, 28 February 2025. PYP rewards will not be given for activity prior to a member's PYP registration date. Double points will be calculated by doubling the amount of base points earnt for a Qualifying Hire. All tier bonuses will continue to be calculated on base points only. Registered users should allow up to three (3) weeks for points earnt in the PYP to be banked into their Enterprise Plus account after the qualifying activity occurred. PYP rewards have no cash value. Standard hire qualifications and restrictions apply.

Note: Enterprise Plus points, including PYP rewards, expire thirty-six (36) months from the last Qualifying Hire or PYP points/badge-earning event.

Qualifying Hires

“Qualifying Hires” must meet at least one (1) of the following conditions:

  1. An Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand rental from a participating location in the fifty (50) United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, United Kingdom, France, Spain, Germany, the Republic of Ireland, Latin America, the Caribbean or Asia Pacific during which the Member has paid time and mileage (base) or qualifying ancillary charges for one or more hire days. A hire with one or more Free Hire Days ("Free Hire Days") will count as a Qualifying Hire as long as there is a minimum of one paid hire day.
  2. A hire made with our partner National Car Rental in the fifty (50) United States or Canada using an Emerald Club number that has the Member's Enterprise Plus Member Number listed as the frequent travel programme preference on the Emerald Club profile and during which the member has paid time and mileage (base) charges for one or more hire days. A hire with one or more Free Hire Days will count as a Qualifying Hire as long as there is a minimum of one paid hire day.

"Qualifying Hire Days" are paid hire days associated with a Qualifying Hire. When points are redeemed for a Free Hire Day (see "Enterprise Plus Points" section below), it does not count as a Qualifying Hire Day. For example, a four-day hire consisting of two paid hire days and two Free Hire Days will count as one Qualifying Hire and two Qualifying Hire Days.

Qualifying Hires and Qualifying Hire Days do not include the following types of hire:

  1. Hires when an insurance, dealer, garage or fleet replacement rate is applied, regardless of who pays for the hire.
  2. Hires that were included as part of a tour or travel package.
  3. Pre-paid hires that were booked through a third party, including (but not limited to) third-party online travel agents (OTAs).
  4. Hires at Enterprise Van Rental locations that used a commercial or government account number or contracted rates.
  5. Hires at Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise locations.
  6. Hires at Enterprise CarShare or Enterprise Car Club locations.
  7. Discounted hires by employees of Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and any of its subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisee and franchisee employees, and their family members or friends who are eligible to receive an employee discount.

Enterprise reserves the right to terminate the offer or change the terms at any time. This offer cannot be combined with any other discount and cannot be applied to a previous or existing reservation or hire. Offer is subject to vehicle availability at the time of booking. Hirer and additional driver(s) must meet standard age, driver and credit requirements. Please check your car insurance policy and/or credit card agreement for hire vehicle coverage. Other restrictions, including holiday and exclusion dates, may apply. Pick-up and drop-off service is subject to geographic and other restrictions. Non-transferable. Void where prohibited.

Badges

Registered users can earn additional bonus points and badges for other activities that have been determined eligible. Earning opportunities will only be available to those who qualify for them.

the following badge opportunities are available to all eligible pyp registered users:

Registration badge: 20 bonus points when you register for the PYP.

Double Points badge: Double-point bonus if you pick up and return any Qualifying Hire. Double points will be calculated by doubling the number of base points earnt for a Qualifying Hire. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.

Survey badge: One-time bonus of 50 points when you complete a brief poll.

Extended Hire badge: 500 bonus points for each Qualifying Hire that is greater than 28 days will be earnt in lieu of the "Double Points" badge.

Airport Weekend badge: 75 bonus points for each weekend Qualifying Hire (at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car airport locations) that is less than five (5) days in length, must be picked up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and must include a Saturday overnight.

Neighbourhood Weekend badge: 75 bonus points for each weekend hire (at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car non-airport locations) that is less than five (5) days in length, must be picked up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday, and must include a Saturday overnight.

Plan Ahead badge: One-time bonus of 75 points when you reserve 8 days or more before your pick-up date and complete the hire. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.

World Traveller badge: One-time bonus of 75 points when you complete a Qualifying Hire that is picked up in a country outside of the country of residence listed on your Enterprise Plus profile. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.

Repeat Hirer badge: One-time bonus of 100 points when you complete 2 Qualifying Hires between the time you register to the end of the promotion on 28 February 2025. The Qualifying Hires can be no longer than 28 days.

Enterprise Deals badge: One-time bonus of 25 points when clicking through to learn more about Enterprise Deals and Promotions.

Spin to Win: Spin to Win on the Plus Your Points dashboard once a week during the promotion for a chance to win up to 75 points. Only one spin per week will be allowed for the duration of the promotion starting on 4 November 2024.

The following badge opportunities are subject to eligibility:

SUV/Minivan badge: (US and Canada residents only) One-time bonus of 75 points if you complete a Qualifying Hire (SUV or Minivan) at a participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in the US, Puerto Rico or Canada. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.

SUV/Van badge: (European residents only) One-time bonus of 75 points if you complete a Qualifying Hire (SUV or Van class) at a participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car location in Europe. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.

Learn How to Redeem Points badge: (US residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to learn how to redeem points with Enterprise Plus.

Disney® badge: (US residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to learn more about our relationship with Disney®.

UEFA® badge: (European residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to learn about our partnership with UEFA®.

Inspiration badge: (US and Canada residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to view our inspirational travel stories.

First Hire badge: One-time bonus of 200 points when you complete your first Qualifying Hire.

Profile Update badge: One-time bonus of 50 points when you update your expired driving licence or credit card information within your Enterprise Plus profile.

App Download badge: One-time bonus of 150 points if you download and sign in to the Enterprise Rent-A-Car App.

Email Opt-In badge: One-time bonus of 100 points when you opt in to receive emails from Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

Book Direct badge: 50 bonus points each time you reserve a Qualifying Hire on enterprise.co.uk or the Enterprise Mobile App and complete the hire. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.

Second Hire badge: 100 bonus points on your second Qualifying Hire as an Enterprise Plus member at participating Enterprise locations worldwide.

Weekly Hire badge: One-time bonus of 75 points for a Qualifying Hire. The Qualifying Hire must be longer than four (4) days and shorter than 15 days.

Car Sales badge: (US residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to learn more about starting an online Enterprise Car Sales purchase.

Redemption badge: One-time bonus of 100 points when you apply your existing Enterprise Plus points towards a Free Hire Day on a Qualifying Hire. The Qualifying Hire can be no longer than 28 days.
