Plus Your Points Terms and Conditions

These terms are in effect October 6, 2021 for the Plus Your Points promotion period of October 6, 2021, through January 31, 2022. These terms are in addition to all Terms and Conditions supporting the Enterprise Plus program as previously defined in the Enterprise Plus Terms and Conditions, which will apply. Please note that registration in the Plus Your Points promotion signifies acceptance of the Plus Your Points Terms and Conditions and the Enterprise Plus Program Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

Registrants must be enrolled in the Enterprise Plus program and maintain a valid email address identified in the member profile before registering for the Plus Your Points promotion. All members who are not previously activated to earn points will be automatically activated upon registration in the Plus Your Points promotion. New members who enroll in Enterprise Plus via the Plus Your Points promotion will be automatically registered for the Plus Your Points promotion and activated to earn points in Enterprise Plus. New enrollees in Enterprise Plus may experience a delay of up to 72 hours before being able to log in to the Plus Your Points promotion website.

Communications

By registering for the Plus Your Points promotion, registrants are opting in to receive Plus Your Points email communications.

Website Access

The Enterprise Plus member number and the email address maintained on the corresponding Enterprise Plus member profile will serve as the log-in to the Plus Your Points promotion dashboard. All bonus points earned during the promotional earning period will be viewable on the Plus Your Points website and on www.enterprise.com from October 6, 2021 through January 31, 2022. After January 31, 2022, bonus points earned through the Plus Your Points promotion will only be viewable within your account activity page by logging in at www.enterprise.com. Only bonus points earned through the promotion will be displayed on the promotion website. Registered participants in the Plus Your Points promotion are encouraged to check their dashboards often throughout the promotion window to see if they qualify for new badges and earning opportunities.

Point Accrual

Earning opportunities that involve rental activity are based on Enterprise Plus qualifying rentals picked up and returned on or after the date of registration in Plus Your Points from October 6, 2021, through January 31, 2022. Plus Your Points rewards will not be given for activity prior to a member's Plus Your Points registration date. Double points will be calculated by doubling the amount of base points earned for a qualifying rental. All tier bonuses will continue to be calculated on base points only. Registrants should allow 3 weeks for points earned in the Plus Your Points promotion to be banked into their Enterprise Plus account after the Plus Your Points bonus activity occurred. Plus Your Points rewards have no cash value. Standard rental qualifications and return restrictions apply.

Qualifying Rentals

"Qualifying Rentals" must meet at least one of the following conditions:
  1. An Enterprise Rent-A-Car brand rental at participating locations in the fifty (50) United States, Canada, Puerto Rico, the European Union, Latin America and the Caribbean or Asia Pacific during which the Member has paid time and mileage (base) or qualifying ancillary charges for one or more rental day. A rental with one or more Free Rental Days ("Free Rental Days") will count as a Qualified Rental as long as there is a minimum of one paid rental day. A list of participating locations can be found at www.enterprise.com.
  2. A rental made with our partner National Car Rental in the fifty (50) United States or Canada using an Emerald Club number that has the Member's Enterprise Plus Member Number listed as the frequent travel program preference on the Emerald Club profile and during which the Member has paid time and mileage (base) charges for one or more rental day. A rental with one or more Free Rental Days ("Free Rental Days") will count as a Qualified Rental as long as there is a minimum of one paid rental day.
Qualifying Rentals and Qualifying Rental Days do not include the following types of rentals:
  1. Rentals when an Insurance, dealer, body shop or fleet replacement rate is applied, regardless of who pays for the rental.
  2. Rentals that were included as part of a tour or travel package.
  3. Pre-paid rentals that were booked through a third party, including (but not limited to) third-party online travel agents (OTAs).
  4. Rentals at Enterprise Truck Rental locations that used a commercial or government account number or contracted rates.
  5. Rentals at Enterprise CarShare locations.
  6. Discounted rentals by employees of Enterprise Holdings, Inc. and any of its parent company, subsidiaries, and affiliates, licensee and licensee employees and their family members or friends who are eligible to receive an employee discount.
Badges

Registrants can earn additional bonus points and badges for other activities for which they have been determined eligible. Earning opportunities will only be available to those who qualify for them. All badges are available October 6, 2021–January 31, 2022.

THE FOLLOWING BADGE OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE TO ALL ELIGIBLE REGISTRANTS:


Double Points badge: Double point bonus if you pick up and return any qualifying rental. Double points will be calculated by doubling the number of base points earned for a qualifying rental. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.

Travel Poll badge: 50 bonus points when you complete a brief poll.

Extended Rental badge: 500 bonus points for each qualifying rental that is greater than 28 days.

Airport Weekend badge: 75 bonus points for each rental at qualifying airports that is less than five (5) days in length, includes pick-up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and includes Saturday overnight.

Neighborhood Weekend badge: 75 bonus points for each rental at any non-airport location that is less than five (5) days in length, includes pick-up on Thursday, Friday or Saturday and includes Saturday overnight.

SUV, Minivan or Truck Rental badge: One-time bonus of 100 points if you complete a qualifying SUV, Minivan or Van rental at a participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car location. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.

Plan Ahead Badge: One-time bonus of 100 points when you reserve 8 days or more before your pick-up date and complete the rental. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.


THE FOLLOWING BADGE OPPORTUNITIES ARE SUBJECT TO ELIGIBILITY:

Registration badge: 40 bonus points when you register for the Promotion through a UEFA registration source. 20 bonus points when you register for the Promotion through all other registration sources.

The Road Forward Badge: (U.S. residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to learn more about The Road Forward initiative.

Inspire Trips badge: (U.S. and Canada residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to view our inspirational travel stories.

First Rental badge: One-time bonus of 200 points when you complete your first qualifying rental.

Profile Update badge: One-time bonus of 50 points when you update your expired driver’s license or credit card information within your Enterprise Plus profile.

App Download badge: One-time bonus of 50 points if you download and sign into the Enterprise Rent-A-Car® App.

Email Opt-in badge: One-time bonus of 100 points when you opt in to receive emails from Enterprise.

Rental via Mobile App badge: 50 bonus points each time you reserve using the Enterprise Rent-A-Car® App and complete the rental. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.

Rent Online badge: 50 bonus points each time you reserve a rental on enterprise.com and complete the rental. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.

Second Rental badge: 100 bonus points on your second rental as a member at participating airport and neighborhood locations worldwide. Must be a qualifying rental.

Weekly Rental badge: One-time bonus of 75 points for a qualifying Weekly Rental. The qualifying rental must be greater than four (4) days and less than 15 days.

Car Sales badge: (U.S. Residents only) One-time bonus of 50 points when clicking through to learn more about starting an online Enterprise Car Sales purchase.

Redemption badge: One-time bonus of 150 points when you apply your existing points towards a free day (Time and Mileage only) on a qualifying rental. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.

Exotic Car Rental badge: (U.S. and Canada residents only) One-time bonus of 150 points when you complete a qualifying rental from the Exotic Car Collection by Enterprise at participating Enterprise Rent-A-Car locations. The qualifying rental can be no longer than 28 days.
